We are currently in the process of growing our herd so we are able to provide you with the highest quality bison meat available. We hope to provide meat to you in 2026.

Why do we raise bison?

Bison meat is a lean, nutrient-rich protein that’s packed with iron, B vitamins, and omega-3s. Environmentally, bison support regenerative grazing and restore native grasslands with less impact on the land. Once nearly extinct, bison are still a vulnerable species—by choosing bison meat from responsible ranchers, you’re helping restore a native species while supporting local, sustainable food production.

Our bison are grass fed and finished and raised with no antibiotics or hormones.
